The entire CD’s IT team is excited to welcome Max Pasciak as their new Help Desk Analyst. Pasciak is highly experienced in IT work and will help to provide CD’s IT clients with an even more personalized and responsive approach to managed IT services.

Pasciak has experience in the technology industry dating back to 2012. He has worked as a Wireless Account Manager for Verizon and an Installation & Support Technician for HP. He also has experience in leadership and management positions that have allowed him to hone his instincts in providing the highest standard of customer service. Pasciak is a multi-tasker, quick learner, and critical thinker. In his downtime, Pasciak is passionate about working with his hands on various DIY projects and hiking with his two-year-old black lab, Rambo.
Pasciak’s role as a Help Desk Analyst will connect CD’s IT clients with a proactive problem solver who will help to ensure that they’re always taken care of. CD’s IT Consulting is defined by a commitment to being the dynamic IT partner that business owners need. Adding Pasciak to the team is a direct extension of this underlying mission and his experience and attention to detail will be a huge asset for clients.
